Wow, I am astonished at My own self-discipline of late!
Today is My 7th consecutive day working out, and slowly but surely I am starting to see just the slightest visible change to My abs. I haven't really been dieting mind you, but that is next once I have made it past the first month of working out.
Remember, it takes 30 days to make something a habit. I don't want to adopt these 2 new behaviors at the same time, for fear that I might fail them both if taking on too much at once... but at My current success I am certain that I can accomplish one, if not both, with 100% success if focussing on one fully till it becomes almost effortless before adopting the other.
Baby steps... health wise I have been a total fuck up all My life. I don't want to shock the system too hard. And hell, I'm turning 33 in a few months so I am not getting any younger and the ole' metabolism is only going to get slower and slower.
I also just got a message from
Julie Simone asking to let her know when My next major urban hike is so we can start hiking together. I'd love to do that. I miss the days when I last had someone to really regularly exercise with, when
Mistress Persephone and I would hula-hoop for hours.
